Angelic Care is a specialised disability and complex care provider supporting NDIS, NIISQ, Work Cover and private trauma clients across South East Queensland. We deliver person-centred, clinically aligned services within high-support environments.
We are seeking an experienced and confident Client Services & Administration Officer to join our front office operations team.
This role is suited to someone who understands the NDIS environment, communicates professionally with stakeholders, and can manage multiple operational tasks with composure and efficiency.
This is not entry-level administration it is a coordination-focused support role within a high-complex care environment.
About the Role
You will support intake processes, rostering assistance, stakeholder communication and day-to-day operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing inbound calls and stakeholder enquiries
• Liaising with families, support coordinators, clinicians and providers
• Assisting with roster confirmations and shift coverage support
• Supporting client intake documentation and data management
• Maintaining CRM entries and compliance records
• Managing email correspondence and operational communication
• Assisting with care plan documentation and continence order coordination
• Creating Canva materials from pre-designed templates and CSV marketing files
• Working collaboratively with operational leaders to support service delivery
• Prioritising tasks effectively during high-pressure periods
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 3 years administration experience (front office preferred)
• Experience working within NDIS and/or disability sector (preferred)
• Sound understanding of person-centred practice and NDIS principles
• Experience in roster assistance, intake support or similar roles (desirable)
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and respond to a changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using databases or CRM systems
• Proficiency in Canva using templates and marketing files coordinated on CSV to design in platform
• Basic understanding of compliance, care plans and support documentation
You must demonstrate professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced operational setting. A genuine passion to empower an embrace supporting people living with disability or ABI/TBI trauma-based backgrounds is essential.
