The increased scale and complexity of the market provide an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Sales Manager to join their growing team in this new role.
The Role
The Compliance Coordinator role will see you coordinate and administer business compliance activities to ensure compliance with a range of internal and external obligations. Your ability to plan, organise, schedule and work effectively with others along with your excellent record keeping knowledge and skills will set you up for success in this fantastic opportunity to grow into more senior operational responsibilities over the longer term.
This key role will suit applicants with a collaborative and calm approach, existing strong business administration skills, and experience in the key areas of responsibility below. Key Responsibilities
* Undertake Work Health & Safety (WHS) administration and communication activities
* Coordinate risk assessments, safety meetings, and compliance documentation
* Organise and schedule asset maintenance (plant, equipment, vehicles)
* Ensure relevant areas of compliance are met, and associated compliance records are current
* Roster customer service staff and support team effectiveness
* Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
What You'll Bring
* Qualifications or equivalent experience in administration, compliance, or asset management
* Experience in office administration, WHS, or business compliance
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
* Ability to work following clear process, independently and as part of a team
* Industrial supplies, hardware, or trade background (advantageous but not essential)
