Role Overview:
The Financial Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless financial and logistical processes to achieve customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage debtor accounts and general accounting tasks with precision;
* Develop robust administrative and organisational skills to meet challenging deadlines;
* Maintain high-level written and spoken communication, influencing and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes;
* Utilise intermediate to advanced IT proficiency in various software systems to streamline operations;
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is highly valued but not essential.
