Human Resources Manager Role
This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our hotel opening and operation. As Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the HR function, working closely with department heads and the executive leadership team to ensure our teams are equipped and engaged to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the HR function, managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and local employment regulations.
* Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing, diverse workforce.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, development, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
