Commercial & Property Lawyer (1-3 Years PAE)
Robinson & Robinson is a well-established Surfers Paradise law firm delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions to clients. As our commercial and property practice continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and motivated Commercial & Property Lawyer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys varied, hands-on work, direct client engagement, and genuine responsibility within a supportive, forward-moving practice.
About the Role
You will work across a mix of commercial and property matters, with file responsibility and client contact appropriate to your level of experience. The role offers strong variety and the opportunity to expand your skill set across adjacent practice areas where beneficial to both you and the firm.
Depending on your experience, your work may include:
* Commercial transactions and advisory matters
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Commercial and retail leasing
* Property transactions and development matters
* Contract drafting and negotiation
While this is primarily a commercial and property role, we are looking for someone who brings broader capability and a little extra to the team. Experience in additional areas such as commercial litigation, dispute resolution, wills and estates, or related practice areas will be viewed favourably.
About You
We are looking for a lawyer who:
* Has 1-3 years post-admission experience in commercial and/or property law
* Demonstrates strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Is commercially minded and solutions-focused
* Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and counterparties
* Manages files with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and cost awareness
* Is adaptable and willing to contribute across multiple practice areas when required
* Works well within a team while progressing matters with appropriate autonomy
* Experience with LEAP an advantage
* Some experience in other practice areas is advantageous
