Accreditation Support Officer
The Opportunity
The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) partners across UniSC to enhance learning and teaching capability, improve student success, and strengthen institutional effectiveness. Within CLT, the Curriculum Management team provides specialised support for curriculum governance, accreditation processes, and the management of curriculum information systems, working closely with schools and external accreditation bodies.
As the Accreditation Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support for accreditation and curriculum activities across the University. You will play a key role in supporting program reviews, coordinating external accreditation submissions and site visits, assisting with course changes, and providing committee support. Working closely with academic and professional staff, you will ensure processes align with University policy while delivering responsive, customer‐focused service and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will
* coordinate accreditation activities, including program reviews, submissions, and external site visits
* provide committee support, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions
* support course change processes and maintain accurate curriculum data in line with University policies and procedures
About you
You are a highly organised and detail‐oriented professional with strong administrative and coordination skills. You bring experience in providing customer‐focused support in a complex environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering high‐quality outcomes.
You will possess
* a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
* demonstrated experience in administrative support, ideally within a governance, curriculum, or accreditation environment
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support a wide range of stakeholders
* excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
