About the Role An exciting opportunity exists to join SAS as a Business / Practice Operations Manager.
This pivotal role leads operational strategy and performance across the organisation, supporting the Board in managing finance, risk, and facilities.
The role ensures the Practice operates efficiently, ethically, and in line with all statutory and compliance obligations.
Working closely with our anaesthetists and administrative team, the Business Manager contributes to the ongoing development of SAS's strategic, financial, and operational functions.
This broad and strategic role also includes project-based work and other responsibilities that support the evolving needs of the business Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to administrative staff and support strategic direction with the Board Oversee HR, payroll, performance reviews, staff development, and OH&SSupport financial reporting, manage KPIs, oversee creditors/debtors and ASIC compliance, and meeting documentation Ensure smooth daily operations and vendor relationships (e.g.
