Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead global projects deploying hardware and configurations across multiple sites. The role requires engaging teams and partners across a distributed organization, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
* Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
* Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors.
* Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, PMP certification, and minimum 10 years of IT or network project management experience.

* Experience in a professional services environment.
* Familiarity with managing key project financial components (cost and revenue).
* Experience managing projects with over 100 sites worldwide.
* Expertise creating detailed project plans with variances, baselines, predecessors/successors, and critical path.
* Experience managing risks and issues with escalation when necessary.
* Ability to manage multiple projects across varied infrastructure technologies.
* Strong internal and customer-facing written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with difficult conversations and conflict management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of NVIDIA AI technologies, including GPUs, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks.
* Experience successfully delivering IT infrastructure deployments across storage, compute, and network domains.
* Experience presenting and communicating with executive stakeholders.
