We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our day-to-day shop operations, deliver exceptional customer service and manage retail sales.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with stock management and merchandising
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
* Process transactions accurately and maintain a high level of cash handling security
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior retail experience is advantageous, but not essential
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
