Education Program Officer - Community Waste Specialist
The role of Education Program Officer is a vital position in our team, focused on delivering effective waste education and behaviour change programs. Our team's primary objective is to promote sustainable practices within the community, aligning with our Council's waste management and resource recovery goals.
This position requires a passionate individual who can develop and implement comprehensive education plans, enhance waste literacy, and drive positive behavioural change. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to engage with diverse stakeholders, and have experience working in a dynamic environment.
* Degree in Environmental Science or related field
* Current Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
* Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
