We are seeking a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor willing to take that next step in their professional career. Key Responsibilities
* Leading your team by example, you are someone that grows sales and builds loyalty, you are results driven and have attention to detail that will help your team to continue to grow and strive for success.
* Customer service and building rapport.
* Managing all aspects of stock, ordering, stocktakes and budgets.
* Excellent visual merchandising experience to maximise sales opportunities.
* Enjoy working in a fast pace and busy environment.
* Creating and submitting daily – Day End Reports.
Qualifications
* A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets and a proven ability to work within a quick‑paced retail environment.
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality.
* A desire to deliver high quality customer service and relevant experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience selling cigarettes, tobacco, lotto or newsagent is highly desirable but not essential.

Pay: $55,500.00 – $60,000.00 per year
