Customer Support Specialist - Window Furnishings

Main Responsibilities
* Provide product support and handle customer inquiries for blinds, awnings and curtains.
* Enter, track and update customer orders accurately in our system.
* Prepare, adjust and maintain quotes ensuring accuracy and clear communication with customers.
* Maintain accurate customer, order and product records.
* Support office tasks including filing, organisation and day-to-day administration.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or customer service role within the window furnishings industry.
* Strong knowledge of window furnishing products and processes to provide accurate customer guidance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management or ERP systems.
