**The Role**
As part of their commitment to exceptional customer service and sales support to existing customers in regional areas, a newly created outbound sales team has been created. They are looking for an experienced and talented Outbound Sales Team Leader to manage a skilled team of 5 Telesales Customer Account Managers.
This role supports customers who would otherwise have limited access to their local Sales Representatives. The assistance of the sales team allows for careful management of stock, food waste reduction, cost savings, new ranges, seamless streamlined delivery, customer assistance and new orders.
You will spend 2-3 days in the office with the remaining days working from home.
Day-to-day duties of The Outbound Sales Team Leader:
- Lead a team of 5 Telesales Account Managers
- Team coaching and development
- Driving revenue generation
- Measuring call metrics such as call quality, call volume and revenue
- Improve and introduce new processes and procedures
- Assist with escalated customer queries
- Ensure call compliance
- Undertake quarterly reviews
- Act as brand advocate and drive culture
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Embody the business values
**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced in using phone and video communications
- Previous or current contact centre leadership a must
- Outbound sales preferred, but inbound and customer service also considered
- Preferred: Experience as a food or beverage Sales Representative in previous role (paired with more recent call centre experience)
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate SAP and Excel
- Intermediate MS Office
