About the Role
Key responsibilities include providing logistics support to the rural products team by ensuring safe receiving and dispatching of stock. The ideal candidate will leverage expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will have access to the necessary tools and resources to excel in their role, including assisting with in-store rural products sales, handling client queries, performing quotes and sales administration, filling client orders, deliveries, receiving and dispatching of stock, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, proactively sourcing new business opportunities, and supporting inventory management.
