We are currently partnering with a group of well-established, community-focused pharmacies across rural and remote Australia to recruit Pharmacists, Pharmacists in Charge (PICs), and Pharmacy Managers. These roles offer an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who are looking to take the next step in their career, experience life in a regional setting, and make a real impact in the communities they serve.

About the Roles:
We are working closely with pharmacy owners across Queensland and other states to fill multiple positions. Each pharmacy offers a unique environment, and we aim to match the right candidate to the right opportunity based on your goals, skills and preferred location.
Positions available : Pharmacist, PIC, Pharmacy Manager
Locations: Various rural and remote towns (QLD and interstate)
Employment type: Full-time or part-time
Working hours: Flexible – based on your availability
Relocation support: Yes – financial and logistical assistance provided
Salary: Competitive above-award packages with optional accommodation
Key Responsibilities (may include)
- Dispensing and checking prescriptions using FRED or other dispensary systems
- Managing dispensary operations including inventory, ordering and team leadership
- Consulting with patients on medications, health advice and lifestyle support
- Delivering 7CPA qualified services and flu vaccinations
- Assisting the front-of-shop team with customer health queries
- Building trusted relationships with local communities
What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (unrestricted)
- Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy (desirable)
- Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A genuine commitment to community health
