**The Role & Project**
This is a combined
**Perth Office based** role as well as
**On-Site rosters** - you will attend site during new project start up to set procedures in place and
**train crews** to integrate client systems and processes to MACA's standard. You will work in between times in the Perth Office, maintaining the
**Quality** systems and
**Auditing** our projects and working on policies and procedures to improve our on-site performance. Site work will vary across 8/6 and 2/1 rosters

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
- Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, environment, and training activities to ensure the competence and well-being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
- Conducting daily site inspections of GRES and contractors on site
- Conduct safety pre-start and toolbox meetings
- Provide HSE support and guidance to onsite Crushing & Construction personnel
- Provide guidance with the implementation of HSE site specific plans
**Desired Background**
- Experience in heavy mineral processing construction projects on remote sites
- Sound understanding of safety legislation and WorkSafe regulations, specific to Western Australia
- Cert IV OHS/WHS
- Cert IV Trainer & Assessor
- Relevant Gas vocational qualifications.
- Able to arrange, deliver and co-ordinate courses required for all Ter 1 clients.
- Understanding of auditing in compliance with certification.
- Knowledge of competency-based training
- Senior First Aid
- White Card
- Experience in heavy mineral processing construction projects on remote sites
