Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join one of Queensland's most successful privately-owned construction companies on a major luxury residential development in North Brisbane. With a reputation for delivering premium multi‐residential and mixed‐use projects, our client continues to secure high‐profile work across South East Queensland and offers excellent career stability and progression.
Responsibilities
* Manage all structural works from commencement through to completion.
* Coordinate concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post‐tensioning, and associated trades.
* Drive programme outcomes and maintain productivity targets.
* Ensure safety standards are upheld across all site activities.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project milestones.
* Monitor quality outcomes and resolve construction issues proactively.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial or multi‐residential projects.
* Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies.
* Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and planning skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
