They are seeking multiple experienced Structures Foreman, who have previous experience on residential or commercial projects, to become a permanent part of their team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the applicable Collection Agreement and safety and environmental regulations
- Ensure that all workers are inducted into site conditions and rules including those relating to safety and environmental control
- Co-ordinate the work of employees and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance to safety and environmental standards and take prompt corrective action as necessary
- Forward plan daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements, trade coordination
- Manage site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
- Maintain day-by day site diary records
**Skills and Experience**:
- Industry recognised qualifications not negotiable
- Minimum 10 years' experience working on commercial builds
- Experience in the management and delivery of projects
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
- Be proficient in using the Microsoft suite including Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated reliability
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Be professionally presented
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- A positive attitude is a must
