Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established builder with an outstanding reputation in the bespoke residential sector. With over 10 years of successful operation, they specialise in delivering complex, architecturally designed homes typically valued up to $7m. Their projects span across Victoria, including the successful delivery of a number of builds throughout the Greater Geelong region and Surf Coast. Due to the consistent quality of their work and growing demand in these areas, they are now seeking a confident Site Manager to oversee upcoming projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a builder that is highly systems and process-driven, with a well-structured and supportive team environment. You'll be given trust and autonomy in your role, while still having strong internal support behind you. Accountability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are highly valued - so if you enjoy taking ownership and driving outcomes, this will be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all on-site activities across multiple high-end residential projects
* Overseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homes
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards
* Leading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractors
* Managing documentation and reporting through the company's construction software
* Liaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
About You
* Proven experience delivering multiple architectural residential builds valued at $4m+
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
* Excellent time management and leadership skills
* Confident using construction management systems for documentation and compliance
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams
