Specialising in sublimation, digital, and embroidery printing for sports clubs, businesses, and community groups. Every day is different – from helping bring designs to life to making sure our operations run smoothly.

The Role
You’ll be a vital part of our team, working closely with the business owner and touching all parts of the operation. Your duties will include:
Admin & Order Coordination: Organise order details, coordinate production timelines, order stock, and prepare print files.
Customer Service: Handle incoming emails, chats, and phone calls to support our customers with friendly and prompt communication.
Production Support: Assist in the workshop as needed to keep things moving – it’s a team effort here.
Optional: If you have graphic design or artwork skills, there’s room to get creative!
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable juggling tasks and thinking on your feet
Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
Comfortable with some manual work (physical fitness required)
Bonus: Experience with graphic design or print production
