Why the role?

We’re looking for a Data Integration & Automation Specialist to join our growing IT Team, to drive seamless data flow and process automation across our platforms. This role is central to supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the integration of our core business applications, leveraging tools like Microsoft Fabric. You’ll ensure system interoperability, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy across the firm.

Who are you?

- You have a strong grasp of data integration concepts and tools, especially Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate.
- You’re proficient in SQL and adept at troubleshooting complex integration and data flow issues.
- Experience with legal business applications such as Elite 3E, iManage, Clio Operate, Litera Foundation, and Client Sense is desirable.
- You’re committed to high-quality service, meticulous in your work, and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- You work well in teams and communicate effectively with IT professionals, business stakeholders, and vendors.

What does a standard week look like?

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between business systems.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data flow to support business processes.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflows.
- Document integration architectures and data mappings.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend enhancements.
- Provide training and support to IT and business users on integration tools and processes.
