About the Role

As a Box Office Supervisor with Latrobe City Council, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of ticketing, from daily sales to reconciliation of events held at the Council's creative venues, with a focus on Gippsland Performing Arts Centre (GPAC). You will provide supervision, guidance, and support to all Box Office staff to ensure the delivery of their duties.

You will liaise with stakeholders to establish ticketing for various events across multiple venues, maintain accurate sales and financial records, and manage the preparation, presentation, and settlement of all event box office statements.

You will need:

* Tertiary qualifications in Events, Performing Arts, or a relevant field are desirable.
* At least three years' Box Office experience is required, supervisory experience is desirable.
* High level of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of computerized ticketing systems.
* A general enthusiasm for the creative arts and basic knowledge of theatre etiquette and procedures.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is desirable.
