Job Title: Customer Service Officer
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Provide excellent customer support in a dynamic retail setting, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Act as the first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries, receiving and storing incoming goods efficiently.
* Main Duties:
Process orders accurately, including point of sale and invoicing, and pick and pack outgoing goods for customers and store transfers.
Assist with stock control, including inventory monitoring and stocktakes, to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Champion safety and compliance requirements in the workplace, performing general duties to support the branch in day-to-day operations.
* Requirements:
Hold a Certificate III in Retail or have minimum 2 years' experience in retail or warehouse environments.
Be computer literate, with basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and point of sale transactions.
Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
Work successfully autonomously and as part of a team, utilizing problem-solving skills to address issues appropriately.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build successful relationships, hold a current valid driving license, and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively when required.
* Desirable:
Hold a forklift license or be willing to obtain one, have experience in the agricultural industry, and possess inventory management skills.
