Key Responsibilities
 * Manage WordPress hosting operations, including updates and backups.
 * Execute website migrations between servers and provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for hosting-related queries.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose server configuration problems, and assist with WordPress problems.
 * Assist customers with domain name issues and DNS, and maintain clear documentation and logs.
 * Stay up-to-date on the latest hosting technologies and communicate daily with the Hosting Team Lead and Operations Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 * Experience in technical support or a related field.
 * Strong knowledge of WordPress, plugins, themes, WHM/cPanel, Google Workspace, and Domain Names and DNS.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new things.
 * A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent hosting issues.
