The Role:
As Civil Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll take ownership of safety, quality, and culture on-site, leading by example and driving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and crews.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

* Address challenges and ensure projects stay on track.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or Site Manager in civil construction.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, approachable style.
* Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with teams and clients.
* Proactive, solution-focused approach to managing projects.
