Job description:

Join our team as a Payroll Officer and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and confidential payroll support across our local and expatriate workforce. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and hands‑on payroll experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Payroll Officer to manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll and provide general administrative support. In this role, you will ensure payroll is processed accurately, employee records are maintained, and queries are responded to professionally and promptly

Key Responsibilities


• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for both local and expat employees

• Prepare and process paperwork for new starters and terminations

• Maintain and update employee payroll records

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding payroll queries

• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner

• Provide ad hoc office and administrative support as required

About You - Skills & Experience


• Experience using ADP Payforce (essential)

• 1-2+ years' experience in a full‑function payroll role

• Proven experience managing and processing payroll from end to end
