Job Description
We are seeking an organized and skilled Administration, Sales and Technician Planner to join our team at Rentokil Pest Control South Africa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, sales and administrative skills to provide full support to our team in Kununurra on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first point of contact for customers via phone and website for general pest and fire service enquiries
* Compile and generate regular reports and invoices
* Support clients in regional and remote locations
* Maintain accurate and timely processing of tasks
* Manage inventory of internal and external office supplies
* Prepare sales and quotes for services provided
* Draft contracts for services offered
* Process purchase orders
* Schedule and book technician jobs for smooth client service
* Plan and schedule remote and regional service runs across Western Australia and the Northern Territory
* Efficiently process enquiries and resolve client issues
* Support the Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
Requirements:
* Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia (essential)
* Previous administrative or scheduling experience (essential)
* Availability to work full-time (essential)
* High level problem solving and think on your feet mentality
* Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
* Sales experience
* Able to adhere to business procedures
* Able to communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
* Able to work independently and within a team environment
* Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple databases
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Data entry accuracy
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* Able to work under pressure and multi-task
* Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
