As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Operations team in Loganholme, supporting our commitment to delivering outstanding homes across Queensland.

About the Role

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in the early stages of the homebuilding process. You’ll be responsible for reviewing customer documentation, including sales, tender, and contract paperwork, to ensure all elements meet internal policies, council regulations, and developer guidelines.

You’ll be working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Drafting, Estimating, and Permits, acting as a vital checkpoint in our workflow to ensure that all designs and plans are compliant before progressing to the next stage.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed reviews of deposit, tender, and contract acceptance documentation in line with relevant compliance standards
* Identify missing or non-compliant information and escalate issues for timely resolution
* Support internal stakeholders by providing clear guidance and updates on acceptance progress
* Assist the drafting team with variation requests and help ensure constructability compliance
* Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal systems
* Collaborate with council and developers to resolve RFIs and approval issues

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential building, drafting, planning, compliance, or related fields
* Strong working knowledge of QLD building regulations, council codes, and developer guidelines
* Familiarity with residential design documentation and understanding of constructability requirements
* Proficiency in Revit software is essential
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain quality in a high-volume environment
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
