The role in a nutshell
The AI Automation Specialist sits at the heart of Andzen’s shift toward an AI-first 2026. You’ll be part of the newly formed Automation & Production department — the team responsible for building, testing, and deploying the intelligent marketing systems that power our clients’ customer journeys.
You won’t just follow a checklist. You’ll experiment, problem-solve, and apply AI tools to design faster, smarter ways to deliver results. From Klaviyo automations and CRM integrations to AI-assisted personalisation and customer data workflows — you’ll be the hands‑on builder turning strategy into scalable, automated systems.
What you’ll do
- Build, optimise, and maintain client automations, campaigns, and customer journeys using tools like Klaviyo and connected CRM, ecommerce, and CX platforms.
- Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, Zapier, Make, N8N, etc.) to streamline production, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Strategy teams to translate briefs into technical, automated, and measurable implementations.
- Develop recent internal frameworks, workflows, and processes that improve team efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Continuously test, learn, and document new AI‑driven production methods and tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve client results through smarter automation, data enrichment, and personalisation.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Automation & Production department — shaping what world‑class AI‑powered marketing delivery looks like at Andzen.

- You can clearly demonstrate how AI or automation improved a client deliverable.

- The department’s methods, systems, and results evolve because of your experimentation.

You’re a hands‑on builder who loves finding smarter ways to get things done. You’re as comfortable wiring up a CRM integration as you are prompting an AI to speed up email generation or troubleshoot a complex flow.

Skills & experience
- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, support, CDP, reporting).
- Familiarity with ecommerce and CRM platforms (Shopify, Gorgias, Okendo, Rebuy, ReCharge, etc.).
- Experience building or maintaining marketing automations and integrations.
- Curiosity and confidence using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, Make/Zapier).
- Competence with data handling (CSV, APIs, webhooks, JSON basics).
- Clear communication and collaboration skills — you make complex things easy to follow.
- Bonus: Experience with experimentation tools, custom scripting, or light coding.
