Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Anaesthetist to join our team in a permanent full-time position. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in the delivery of surgical and procedural services across various specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing general surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, urology, ENT, paediatrics, and ophthalmology procedures.
* Contribute to clinical leadership and operational planning, aligning with broader teaching, research, and service development goals within the anaesthetic network.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in anaesthesia, with Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and stakeholders.
