Your Role
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key player in the success of our restaurant. You'll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.

Qualifications
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is dynamic, results-driven, and an excellent leader.
* Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate, train, and develop your team.
* Strong communication skills – can give clear instructions and feedback.
* A natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves inspiring teams with a hands on approach.
* Knowledge of fast-food service standards and workflows.
* Strong problem-solving skills to handle issues quickly and effectively.
* Experience with inventory management, rostering, and stock control.
* You are customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for your guests.
* Ability to analyze sales reports, control costs, and hit company's KPIs.
* Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
* Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
