Admin/Maintenance Sheduler Person Wanted

O'Brien Plumbing Wyong is looking for an admin/maintenance scheduler person for a full time position. Full training and opportunities exist for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability. Identify the incoming lead, quote or job via our priority system. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule plumbing and roofing appointments based on technician availability and customer needs, under the supervision and advisement of the Schedule & Customer Service Manager on duty Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary details. Manage and optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency. Reschedule appointments as needed and communicate changes to customers and technicians. General Administration: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks. Process invoices and payments. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Support other team members as needed.

O'Brien Plumbing Wyong is based on the Central Coast and is quickly gaining a good reputation for reliability and standard of workmanship. We work in domestic service, new installations and commercial works. In this admin role you will be co-ordinating a team of feild technicians, booking in work from clients and other admin duties.
