**The key responsibilities and duties of the role**:
- Make calls to registered customers to follow up and collect essential information
- Administrative tasks, such as processing documentation and recording sales, raising invoices etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve individual and team KPI's to meet sales target of the team
- Efficiently manage leads in a timely manner
- Determine prospective lead opportunities
- Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell

- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in sale, call centre, retail, customer service are plus but not essential.
