Our organization is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our growing team and future-proof our financial operations. You'll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting compliance and reporting, and helping us scale with confidence.
You'll bring a strong sense of ownership, a love of numbers, and a collaborative mindset. Whether it's processing payments or preparing reports, you'll help ensure our financial systems are accurate, efficient, and ready to support our next stage of growth.
The Role
This role sits within the Finance team and reports to the Head of Finance. You'll work closely with the broader Finance and HQ teams to manage transactional finance, support reporting and compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payments accurately and on time, including international transactions.
* Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and reconciliation in Xero.
* Support month-end financial reporting by working with departments across the business.
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
* Collaborate with the Finance and HQ teams to improve systems and processes.
* Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to a flexible, high-performing team.
Requirements
* Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or equivalent.
* Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Analytical and solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
* Experience in a fast-growing or international business environment.
