As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with other educators and educational leaders to design and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of children.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
