About the Role As the Educational Leader, you will:
Lead and support the educational program across the centre
Mentor, coach, and inspire educators and teachers to deliver best practice
Support curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
Champion Aspire's philosophy and curriculum framework
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team
About You You will bring:
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educational role
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality Standards
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, reflective, and values-driven approach to leadership
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
