We're looking for a food-obsessed NPD Specialist to lead end-to-end product development across food and merchandise. Basically, looking for Yo-Chi's new product visionary.
This is the perfect role for someone who spots trends before they become trends, is always thinking about flavours, and has a strong instinct for what fits the Yo-Chi brand. You'll take ideas from concept through to launch, creating products that are playful, exciting, on-brand and commercially smart.
What You'll Do
* Own the full NPD process from idea to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Help develop new frozen yogurt flavours, toppings, seasonal LTOs and merchandise
* Turn trends and customer insights into commercially viable products
* Run trials, tastings and cross-functional NPD meetings
* Manage timelines, briefs, specs, approvals and milestones in Asana
* Work closely with suppliers to brief, develop and refine products
* Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Brand to ensure strong execution
* Support rollout into venues and contribute to global NPD initiatives as the business grows
What we're looking for
* A genuine foodie with strong awareness of trends, flavours and cultural moments
* Great brand taste and a sharp instinct for what fits Yo-Chi - and what doesn't
* Experience in NPD, menu development or a similar product-focused role
* Strong commercial common sense, with an understanding of quality, cost and logistics
* Confidence working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisation and admin skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
* A naturally confident, kind and collaborative approach
