About the role
Glassons is seeking a hands-on, fast-paced Stockroom Manager to drive the heartbeat of store operations at our Broadway location.
This is a high-energy leadership role where you’ll own stock flow, fulfilment and back of house execution, ensuring product is always moving, available and ready for the shop floor.
Working closely with store leadership and our visual merchandiser, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience through strong operational execution and real-time stock management.
What you'll be doing
* Leading end-to-end stock flow from delivery to shop floor replenishment and outbound transfers
* Driving continuous fulfilment to ensure product availability and store readiness
* Managing daily stockroom execution with structure, pace, and clear priorities
* Using daily planners to organise workload and maintain operational flow
* Executing key store operations including markdowns, stock consolidations, and promotional change preparation
* Maintaining a highly organised, efficient, and safe back-of-house environment
* Using RFID systems as the primary tool to track, locate, and manage stock in real time
* Maintaining high accuracy across stock management, reporting, and stock checks
* Providing clear updates to store leadership on stock flow, priorities, and workload completion
* Working closely with store leadership and the visual merchandiser to support floor execution, new product launches, and promotional changes
* Partnering with delivery providers to ensure smooth stock movement into store
* Coaching and supporting team members through hands-on, real-time guidance on the floor and in the stockroom
What we're looking for
* Experience in stockroom, warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced retail operations
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide and support others in real time
* Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and action-focused
* Comfortable working with systems and technology (RFID experience highly regarded)
* Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-changing environment
* Physically active role involving continuous movement, lifting, and stock handling
* High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
