Support Worker Role
About the Position:
We seek a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to work across a 24/7 roster.
This role involves enhancing lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
* Assist clients in daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
* Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
* Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

About You:
* Current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Availability to work across 24/7 roster including sleepover and/or active night shifts.
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
* Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
* Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements including a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
