Rumble Boxing, founded in 2017, is a boutique boxing concept of high-intensity circuit-style workouts which has gained a solid celebrity following, including Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez and Kendall Jenner throwing on the gloves.
The classes are a 45-minute 10-round full-body cardio and strength workout crafted around specially designed water-filled teardrop-style boxing bags.
We're seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude with a zest for life to join the Rumble Boxing team as our Client sales associate also known as RBX team member.
This Rumble Client Sales and Membership associate role is responsible for the successful achievement of all club membership sales budgets and to support the Sales Manager in key sales functions and processes as well as to provide excellent customer service. Fitness Sales Associate Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and members to the studio, assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or
emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during
studio walk-ins
Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service
Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them
through exceptional customer service
Fitness Sales Associate Qualifications
1 year of experience in gym sales or a similar role
Previous customer service experience required for this position
Good organization and time management skills
Proficient in computer skills
Job Type: Casual
