We're looking for a Senior Estimator to lead our sales and production estimating function – bringing technical depth, commercial acumen, and hands‑on industry insight to help secure and deliver projects with precision and profitability.
What you'll do
* Oversee tender preparation and cost estimating across complex defect rectification and remediation projects.
* Lead trade tenders, supplier negotiations, and pricing analysis to ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable outcomes.
* Collaborate with the bid and project teams to refine scopes, forecast costs, and enhance efficiency across the project lifecycle.
* Maintain strong networks across subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients.
* Contribute to process improvement and system development to strengthen Cecure's estimating framework.
What you'll bring
* 10+ years' experience in construction operations, with at least 5 years in a senior estimating role.
* Background in insurance or defect remediation works highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of building methodologies, structural systems, and commercial cost control.
* Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and reporting capability.
* A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with an eye for accuracy and opportunity.
