We've got the rocks covered but we're looking for one more incredible person to join our team at Tritton Copper Operations as Senior Human Resources Advisor.
The Nitty Gritty
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level HR advisory support with a strong emphasis on building and delivering accurate, reliable workforce data that can withstand scrutiny.
You will develop and analyse HR reports, enhance data quality across systems, and present insights through clear and well-structured Excel reporting, including pivot tables and datasets used to guide decision-making across the business.
Working closely with Superintendents and people leaders, you will support complex HR matters such as performance management, policy interpretation, leave management, staffing arrangements, remuneration, and workplace conduct.
A key part of the role involves ensuring compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal procedures while contributing to the review and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
In addition to data and reporting responsibilities, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders across the operation, coaching them in best-practice people management and supporting capability development that aligns with organisational priorities.
You will maintain a strong on-site presence, providing timely HR advice, supporting employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture within a remote or FIFO environment.
The role also supports strategic workforce planning, performance and development processes, and key HR projects that enhance operational effectiveness.
With strong system capability, analytical expertise, and a collaborative approach, you will help ensure the business has the insights, support, and compliance foundations needed to operate safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational values.
Additionally, you will possess the following:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
Experience and competence in using and supporting a HRIS.
Interpretation and application of employment legislation and enterprise agreements.
Demonstrated experience in a Senior or Advisory level role in mining or heavy industrial sites with remote workers highly regarded
Strong computer literacy and competent user of MS Office and other software.
Expert level report development and excell skills
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
Ability to coach and influence key personnel.

Tritton Operations
Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales.
Commencing production in ****, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.
Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare transitioning to a 'hub-and-spoke' model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
Aeris Resources is an ASX listed, mid-tier base and precious metals producer.
