Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer
We are working with a large enterprise environment seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to join a major program of work focused on modernising critical business systems.
This is a hands‐on role for a strong Microsoft specialist who can support and enhance an existing Dynamics 365 environment while contributing to broader transformation initiatives across the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
The role
You will work across development, support, enhancement and technical delivery, helping to maintain core platform functionality while building and improving solutions aligned to business needs.
* Develop, support and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365
* Work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and related Microsoft technologies
* Translate business and functional requirements into practical technical outcomes
* Prepare and contribute to technical documentation, workflows and acceptance criteria
* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‐cause analysis and document fixes
* Support release activity, environment management and DevOps processes
* Work closely with project teams, architecture, security and business stakeholders
* Contribute to ongoing platform improvement and modernisation initiatives
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
* Strong commercial experience across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
* Hands‐on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
* Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions
* Exposure to Azure DevOps, pipelines, release management and environment management
* Experience integrating Azure platform services across Microsoft solution components
* Ability to translate requirements into well‐structured technical deliverables
* Strong troubleshooting capability across live production environments
* Confidence working in Agile delivery environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Highly regarded
* Development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
* Experience within large, complex enterprise or transformation environments
* Exposure to modernisation or digital uplift programs
