About the Role
Key responsibilities for this position include acting as a team representative in cross-functional projects and squads, attending meetings as a subject matter expert in marketing delivery and design.
* Documenting project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
* Overseeing daily monitoring of outbound data files to external providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
* Mapping, designing, and documenting new or revised processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
We're looking for an experienced professional with 5+ years of managing customer and/or business communications processing and delivery. Digital communications distribution platforms experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is preferred, along with relationship management experience with third-party mail houses.
