We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Desk Officer. The Service Desk Officer is responsible for the excellent support to staff, students and parents regarding ICT services provided by Bacchus Marsh Grammar. ICT Services include but are not limited to, desktop and laptop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Chromebook support, printers, desktop software, basic networking, Windows Operating Systems, ChromeOS and phone systems. This role plays key role interacting with customers and requires someone capable of providing an appropriate level of service and dealing with people that may be under stress.
The position is a full time, ongoing position and the successful applicant will be based at the Maddingley Campus in Bacchus Marsh. Salary will be negotiated based on the preferred applicant's level of experience and qualifications.
Key Selection Criteria
Applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:
* Certificate in ICT support.
* First Aid Certificate (desirable, or willing to obtain).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an IT Support desk position.
* Employee Working with Childrens Check (or be willing to obtain one)
* Ability to work autonomously, show initiative as well as working in a team.
* Experience within an Education environment desirable.
