The impact you'll have:
Our Insurance Consultants are the link between people, process, and protection.
You'll ensure every property we manage has the right cover in place and every claim is handled with care.
By coordinating renewals, valuations, and claims, you'll help our clients make informed decisions and safeguard their communities.
What you'll do:
Coordinate insurance renewals, valuations, and claims with brokers, Strata Managers, and committees.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients about coverage, documents, and next steps.
Maintain accurate and compliant insurance records and documentation across multiple systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the insurance team.
What you'll bring
Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance, strata, or related field.
Strong administrative accuracy and time management skills.
Confident written and verbal communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to balance professionalism with empathy, even under pressure.
Certificate of Registration (COR) required, or willing to obtain.
Familiarity with CRM/insurance systems preferred.
