The Opportunity
Azzcon is a successful and fast-growing luxury home builder, and as we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic, motivated site foreman to project manage our quality projects. You will take on full site project management responsibilities to ensure our projects are always completed on time and on budget, or better, as we continue our high growth trajectory.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman who can deliver high-quality builds on time and within budget on our exciting new build residential projects in southern Sydney. full-time after a probation period
You will have the proven ability to project manage every aspect of luxury new builds, from site set out to supervising every aspect of the build, with a daily focus on managing contractors to ensure work is completed on time to meet the build schedules. Our goal is to achieve quality outcomes on time.
What you will do - Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively managing each project, so the on-site team achieves the construction targets – quality, timelines, and budget.
* Coordinating communications, liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure work is started and completed in line with strict project timelines.
* Be a hands-on foreman, on the tools when required, ensuring construction work is completed to a high standard, and facilitating good teamwork amongst the various contractors.
* Conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to OH&S regulations.
* Maintain a high standard of organisation, ensuring all paperwork and project documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project objectives and timelines are met

What We're Looking For:
* Ideally 5 years of experience in a supervisory role (Foreman) within the residential construction sector
* Proven experience in site management, and successfully running projects to timelines, managing multiple tasks and priorities on site.
* Strong construction experience (carpentry, formwork and site set outs)
* Experienced in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings to ensure work is completed as per specifications
* Good leadership, and people management and organisation skills,
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Proven ability to build effective working relationships with team members, trades sub contractors, engineers, architects and customers
* Current Driver's License.
* White Card certification.
* Familiar with systems
