About The Roles
Case managing a diverse range of clients and assisting them in achieving employment
Assisting in program planning, delivery, assessment, and review
Actively sourcing employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders
Supporting clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways
Ensuring accurate reporting and contributing to the continuous improvement of CBS Inc. services
Collecting and submitting documentary evidence related to clients' employment
Supporting clients to maintain their employment through post-placement and ongoing support
Meeting and exceeding KPI and placement targets aligned with IEA
Upholding CBS Inc.'s values and culture
Position Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
Willingness to travel with clients if needed
Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
