- You will be part of a passionate team delivering programs that support safety, wellbeing, and stronger futures for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families.

Position Duties

- Assist walk-ins with completing intake or referral forms and guide them through processes.
- Monitor office supplies (stationery, forms, brochures) and arrange replenishments.
- Support staff by photocopying/scanning documents and collating information as required.
- Support staff with logistics for workshops and community events (room bookings, catering, resources).
- Coordinate use of meeting rooms and waiting areas.

What we are looking for

- Welcoming and approachable attitude — you enjoy helping people feel comfortable.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Basic administration and computer skills.
- Most importantly — a passion for being part of something bigger: supporting children, families, and community.
- No qualification required.

What we offer

You get the opportunity to make a difference every single day, whilst receiving ongoing professional development and cultural learning opportunities.
