About the role
Ready to step into your next chapter in SEO?
As an SEO Specialist, you'll partner with SMB clients to drive meaningful, measurable growth through best‑in‑class organic search strategies. Supported by a structured onboarding program, market‑leading tools and technology, and a dedicated buddy, you'll be set up to succeed from day one.
You'll work closely with clients, internal sales partners, third‑party vendors and a high‑performing SEO team, translating complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing a diverse client portfolio, balancing multiple priorities, and turning data into opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
* Own and grow a portfolio of SEO clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner
* Design and execute SEO content strategies that drive sustainable organic growth
* Conduct technical audits, analyse site performance and uncover optimisation opportunities
* Lead keyword research, expansion and optimisation initiatives
* Develop, implement and monitor ethical link‑building strategies
* Track performance using best‑in‑class tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality client outcomes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in SEO account management and campaign delivery
* Strong client‑facing experience with the ability to build trust and rapport
* Hands‑on experience with site audits, data analysis and goal setting
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation and customer acquisition
* Expertise in on‑page and technical SEO
* Keyword research, expansion and optimisation experience
* Link‑building strategy development and execution
* Working knowledge of CMS platforms with HTML/CSS fundamentals
* Creative and strategic thinker with a solutions mindset
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with confidence
